Thank you for choosing KINX services.
We would like to inform you that the following sections below in the General Terms & Conditions has been amended.
We ask that you read the changes to the amendments before using the services.

8-1. Neither party shall be liable to the other party, nor shall any credit allowance or other remedy be extended, for any failure of performance due to causes beyond such party’s reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”), including natural disasters, quarantines, declarations of pandemic, acts of civil or military authorities, wars, riots, labor disputes, and shortages of labor, parts or transportation. |
8-1. In the case of an event that is beyond the control of either party("Force Majeure Event") and aside from obligations related to Service Fee payments, all the obligations related to the Service will be suspended but only so far and for so long as the Service is affected by the Force Majeure Event. |
8-2. The Party so affected by Force Majeure shall promptly notify the other Party in writing and shall be excused from the performance of its obligations hereunder while or to the extent of its performance is interrupted or prevented by one or more of the events of Force Majeure. |

The revised terms will come into effect from March 9th 2021.
