Article 1 (General Provisions)
KINX Inc. (hereinafter referred to as ""KINX") values customer information and makes every effort to effectively manage and secure customer's personal information.. "KINX" complies with various laws and regulations related to personal information protection, such as the Personal Information Protection Act and more. "KINX" has established and complies with Personal information processing policy (hereinafter referred to as ""The Privacy Policy"), and posts "The Privacy Policy" on its website (www.kinx.net ; hereinafter referred to as "The Website") so that customers can access it at any time. "The Privacy Policy" is subject to change due to changes in relevant laws and regulations or internal operational policy. If "KINX" revises "The Privacy Policy", the reason and details for the revision will be announced on "The Website" 7 days before the enforcement date.
Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)
Personal information refers to information about a living individual, such as real name and resident number etc., that can identify a specific individual by itself or can be easily combined with other information to identify a specific individual. The personal information collected by "KINX" is used for the following purposes.
① Processing subscriptions, changes, or terminations for membership or services and handling inquiries related to service use
② Settlement, payment and collection of service charges
③ Determining whether or not to be provided with reduction or exemption of charges
④ Marketing activities through 'KINX' itself or partnerships with third parties, such as introducing new products, providing event information,
attracting and managing customers, aggregating site usage statistics, sending newsletters, and customer surveys
⑤ Delivery of goods, billing, identification of legal representatives, and preservation of records for dispute settlement
⑥ Responding to general inquiries or consulting for services
⑦ Entrustment of other duties prescribed in Article 8
Article 3 (The items of personal information to be collected and the method of collection)
"KINX" collects only the personal information necessary for subscription, consulting, service provision and operation. "KINX" does not collect the personal information that may infringe on human rights, such as race, ethnicity, ideology and creed, birthplace, political orientation, criminal record, and health status, except in cases where separate collection consent procedures are performed.

② "KINX" collects personal information in the following process.
- Signing up for membership or service through "The Website" or offline channels such as application documents, phone calls, faxes, etc
- Telephone or Internet consulting, event application, and prize delivery request for "KINX" or partner companies
- Information generated or collected during service use or business processing
Article 4 (Method of consenting to collect and use of personal information)
"KINX" has the customer's consent to collect personal information. "KINX" is preparing a procedure for customers to agree on the contents of "Collect and Use Personal Information", and if you click the "Agree" button, it is considered that you have agreed to collect personal information. Customers have the right to refuse the contents of " Collect and Use Personal Information" and may be restricted from using "the Website" if they refuse to agree.
Article 5 (Personal Information Retention and Period of Use)
The retention and use period of the customer's personal information is as follows.
① "KINX" holds and utilizes the personal information of the customer collected only during the period of use of the service
and during the retention period, which is the preparation period for dispute resolution. However, if there are special provisions
in the law, it will be preserved in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
② The retention period is a period of holding personal information to prepare for disputes such as settlement of charges and errors,
and is maintained for one year after the cancellation of the service for members and one year after applying for related services
such as counseling for non-members. However, if disputes related to late payment, overpayment, or charges continue,
they shall be retained until the dispute is resolved.

Article 6 (Procedures and methods for deleting personal information)
In principle, "KINX" deletes the information without delay after the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved.
However, if a member has not used "The Website" or service sites provided by "KINX" for one year, "KINX" will delete the personal
information after notifying to the member. The procedure and method of deletion are as follows.
① Procedures of deletion
- In principle, the information provided by the customer shall be deleted after a certain period of storage in accordance with the
internal policy and related laws under Article 5 or after achieving the purpose of collection and use.
- Deletion target: The period of use and retention, the personal information of customers whose preservation period has ended
pursuant to the relevant laws and regulations, and the personal information of customers who have been managed separately because
there is no use of "The Website" for one year
② Methods of deletion
- Personal information stored in the form of an electronic file, such as DB, is deleted in a technical way that cannot be reproduced.
- Personal information prepared and printed in writing is deleted by crushing or incineration.
Article 7 (Providing personal information to a third party)
"KINX" shall not use or provide personal information to any third party outside the scope of Article 2, except as agreed
by the customer or as provided by relevant laws and regulations. However, in the following cases, personal information
can be provided without the consent of the customer in accordance with the provisions of the relevant laws.
① Settlement of charges for service supply
② Where it is remarkably difficult to obtain the usual consent of personal information necessary for the performance of a service
supply contract due to economic or technical reasons
③ Where there is a request for the purpose of investigation by a government agency in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
④ Where there are special provisions in the relevant laws and regulations

Article 9 (The rights of customers and legal representatives and how to exercise them)
① Due to the nature of its business field, "KINX" does not sign contracts with children under the age of 14 and
does not collect personal information of children under the age of 14.
② Customers can view their personal information and the status provided to a third party at any time or request for error correction,
and "KINX" takes necessary measures without delay. When an error correction request is made, "KINX" will not use the information until
the error correction is complete. If incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, amended information
will be notified to the third party of the correction result without delay. If a customer uses the Internet to view their personal
information or correct errors, log into "The Website" with ID and password, and change the personal information in the 'User Information' menu.
However, if there is a separate personal information change application form stipulated in the terms and conditions of the service used
by the customer, the change application must be received by writing and faxing.
③ At any time Customer may withdraw the consent to 'The Collection, Use and Provision of Personal Information' agreed upon during
membership or service subscription. Withdrawal requests can be made in writing or through the personal information manager email
(privacy@kinx.net) according to the designated form, and "KINX" will take action without delay after confirmation between the applicant
and the information subject to cancellation.
Article 10 (Matters concerning the installation and operation of an automatic personal information collection device and its refusal)
"KINX" utilizes 'cookies' to find and store the necessary information for "The Website" operations. A cookie is a small text file
that is sent from the server used to run "The Website" to a web browser and eventually stored on the hard disk of user's computer.
The Web browser's security policy allows users to decide whether to allow "KINX" to collect information through cookies
① Purpose of Use of Cookies
"KINX" uses cookies to analyze the frequency of access, visit time, and number of visits by members or non-members.
② Customers can adjust the level of information collected through cookies by setting web browser options in the following ways.
- [Tools] menu in web browser -> [Option] → [Security] → [User-defined] : You can set the level of information collected by cookies.
- Customers have the option of checking cookies each time or refusing to save all cookies. If the customer refuses to save all cookies,
there may be difficulties in using "The Website".
Article 11 (Measures to ensure the safety of personal information)
"KINX" has the following technical and administrative measures in place to ensure safety so that customers' personal information
is not lost, stolen, leaked, tampered with, or damaged.
① Technical measures
- Personal information is protected by passwords, and sensitive data is protected by separate security features, such as encrypting
files and transfer data using File Lock.
- To prevent the leakage of customers' personal information due to hacking, the personal information operation system is installed
in an area where access is controlled from the outside.
② Administrative measures
- "KINX" minimizes the number of people who can process the customer's personal information, manages access rights,
and ensures compliance with laws and policies through training. The person who handles the customer's personal information is as follows.
· A person who directly or indirectly deals with customers and performs marketing activities
· A person in charge of personal information management and personal information protection
· A person who inevitably processes personal information in his/her duties
- When hiring new employees, we are required to sign an information protection pledge to prevent the leakage of important information
(including personal information) by employees.
- The transfer of personal information handler's work is carried out thoroughly while security is maintained, and the responsibility
for protecting personal information after joining and leaving the company is clearly defined.
- "KINX" controls access to the computer and electrical rooms as controlled areas.
- When collecting or providing payment information, such as a customer's bank account or credit card number, "KINX" verifies that
the owner of information and customer match.
- "KINX" is not responsible for any information leakage caused by a customer's personal error or a risk to the underlying Internet.
Customers are responsible for managing their IDs and passwords to protect their personal information.
- If personal information is lost, leaked, tampered with, or damaged due to an internal manager's mistake or technical management accident,
"KINX" immediately informs the customer and takes appropriate measures.
Article 12 (Personal information protection manager and handling customer opinions and complaints)

information protection below and "KINX" will promptly receive, take action, and let you know the results.

Article 13 (Notification of "The Privacy Policy")
If the contents of "The Privacy Policy" are changed due to addition, deletion, or modification, "KINX" will notify the revision through the bulletin board of "The Website" no later than 7 days before the enforcement date.
