Dear valued customer,

Thank you for choosing KINX services.
We would like to inform you that the following sections below in the General Terms & Conditions has been amended.

We ask that you read the changes to the amendments before using the services.

Amended Sections of the General Terms & Conditions
- Article 4 Clause 3

Current Terms	Revised Terms
4. Term and Termination 4-3 In colocation service, the standard power supply per each rack shall be limited to 2.8kW (220V). If the Customer exceeds more than 10% of the contracted power, KINX shall notify Customer either i)to relocate Customer’s equipment, ii)charge additional power cost to Customer based on its actual power consumption.	4. Term and Termination 4-3 In colocation service, the service fee may change if fluctuation in the official electricity price announced by KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Corporation) occurs. The price shall be calculated accordingly to KEPCO's changed rate. In addition, the standard power supply per each rack shall be limited to 2.8kW (220V).
