Q. I’ve forgotten my ID and password to access MY KINX. What do I do?

A. You can retrieve your ID and password by clicking Forgot ID/Password on MY KINX.

- Forgot ID:
Enter the name and e-mail address of the person in charge of operations or fees that were entered in the service agreement

- Forgot Password:
Enter the ID and e-mail address of the person in charge of operations or fees that were entered in the service agreement
