Q. How do we request a visit to the IDC and equipment transport?

A. Log into MY KINX and go to IDC Access Management, where you can request a visit to the IDC and equipment transport.

- IDC visit:
You must be registered as a person in charge in order to visit the IDC. So add the person in charge under IDC Access Management – Person-in-Charge Management.

- Equipment transport:
Equipment can be brought in and out only if an appointment has been made in advance.
