A leading company spreading Jumping Fitness in Korea

Jumping High (Jumping Korea) is a company that first brought in “Trampoline Jumping-Fitness” into Korea (2014). Founded in 2001, Czech Republic, Jumping High uses trampolines that passed European safety standards, and is the only authorized organization eligible to issue an international certificate

By scientifically analyzing and researching the Trampoline movements through video conferencing with the Czech headquarters and its own R&D efforts, the company is constantly striving to improve the stability of Jumping Fitness and find improvements. As of 2021, Jumping High operates about 400 affiliate centers in Korea and is systematically distributing easy and fun Jumping Fitness.

Thriving need of a stable streaming solution

The Jumping High Affiliate Centers are distributed nationwide and is divided into Instructor Direct Teaching Centers and Video Class Centers. In Video Class Centers, students learn trampoline jumping by watching class videos provided by the headquarters. As video classes are delivered to many different Video Class Centers at a specific time, a large amount of traffic occurs during this period of time.

Though stable video offering is a pivotal point of business, Jumping High’s previous foreign partner’s video solution could not meet up to the expectations. Jumping High’s affiliate centers were suffering continuous buffering and claims.

Considering that there will be more video lesson centers in the future, the company determined to choose a ‘company that has all the three factors; network, technology, and technical support’.

KINX successfully helped deploy its midibus solution thus facilitating Jumping High’s nationwide affiliate centers.
While Jumping High operates the existing overseas video solution and KINX’s MIDI Bus at the same time focusing on providing stable videos, the company has started to review the solution in detail for the optimal video class.

Improving the stability of video classes and satisfaction with communication and technical support

After experiencing KINX’s prompt technical response, specifically, adoption of a secure player, changing playback options, adding logic, etc, Jumping High was able to provide higher quality video lessons. The increased service stability led to a decrease in claims from its affiliate centers.
As a result, Jumping High concluded to operate the system using only the MIDI bus of KINX.
Since then, modifications and periodic updates have been made to improve player convenience, greatly reducing the burden of service operation. Above all, unlike overseas video solutions, fast and accurate communication and technical support are the most satisfying part.
